Oh, yikes. I'm crying right now, but god, this just sucked me in from word one, chewed me up and spat me back out. I had to read it, even though I knew it would be depressing, and I am very glad I did. It's so gorgeously written, but my lord, do I need some fluff now. Going into the memories, definitely.
