I had a struggle with it, because 'enemies with benefits' = risk, but Hermione is a bit too trusting -- and naughty, using Ron's body like that! And I couldn't bring myself to make Draco guilty, but I suppose he could have used an Imperius Curse to get Crabbe to 'confess'...
