What happens to the paint when the portrait gets an erection? Does it crack?

I think its intriguing that the portraits can be so moved. I'm with [livejournal.com profile] alisanne. I'd like to imagine the portraits getting it on.
This is very well written, gripping and enjoyable. Thanks for sharing!
