I finally got a chance to 'read' (read 'listen') to this.

What an intriguing departure from canon, and the implications for deviation (Harry's friends, the influence of the Malfoys over the years, perhaps the loosening of Dumbledore's control over Harry) are myriad!

I agree with previous writers that your setting and situations--an idyllic summer visit, innocent exploration, childhood play--creates an ironic backdrop to Lucius' obsession with Harry's developing body. The ambiguous ending, Harry's acceptance of Lucius's interest, and most chillingly, the fact that he got away with it without Dumbledore's knowledge all make for a rather forbidding future for Lucius's mental health. I see him losing everything: his home, wealth, family, reputation, and sanity because of his fixation with Harry.
