That's how I read it and why I liked it so much. :) It's obvious Harry wants to do the right thing, but is pretty overwhelmed with the whole situation. And then trying to protect everyone and solve the problem on his own is so very IC for him, even though it's probably wrong. As is letting Scorpius walk away with that memory.. might be ethically right, but just thinking of the consequences makes me shudder.
The story will definitely stay with me for a while. ♥
