I don't normally read next gen or dubcon but I read marguerite_26's review and it's the middle of the night and I can't sleep and this was such a good (if that's the right word) read. Scorpius' POV is what makes it so good - especially the little flashback moments throughout and I love how important Rose is without actually being there.
I can't help but think that Scorpius has somehow engineered the whole thing even if he would never admit it (or even realise that is what he's done). I love that he notices Harry ruffling Al's hair and I wonder if after Harry finishes teaching him the spell he wishes he'd taken as long as Phineas to learn it. And Harry is perfect even down to wanting to take away Scorpius' memories.
I'm sure I'm not going to be able to sleep now because I'm already thinking how they are both going to deal with this and all I can think of is Harry in his room after Scorpius leaves with his bottle of Firewhisky trying to come to terms with what he's done.
