Wow. Just... wow. That was... sort of hauntingly beautiful and heartbreakingly sad all at the same time. With really good pacing. And a wonderful turn of phrase.
The outsider POV is perfect. It goes so well with Hermione's detached, perfectly sculpted exterior. Besides, I loved Narcissa's voice.
The art is lovely, too. You've really captured the sadness in her eyes.
