Are you excited for

hp_kinkfest?? We start posting tomorrow and we're very excited about the treats we have in store for you. A couple of quick administrative items for you.

IF YOU ARE NOT A MEMBER OF THE COMMUNITY PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO JOIN SO WE CAN GIVE YOU POSTING ACCESS

- If you're posting anon please make sure you have your completed fanwork with the moderators before your posting date. We will sort everything out from there. Please make sure you have included a header and your work has been properly beta read.

- If you are posting in your own name we will be granting you posting access on your requested posting date. You can post directly to the community or you can post a header to the community with a link to the fic or art on AO3, or both. If you want to host your fic on AO3 please be sure to add it to the HP Kinkfest Collection.

- The HP Kinkfest Collection on AO3 will be UNREVEALED from the outset as due to long working hours we cannot confirm either of the mods will be available to immediately reveal otherwise unrevealed NSFW material when you want to post and we want to give you the utmost flexibility in terms of posting time. However, that does mean you shouldn't post your finished piece early to the AO3 collection unless you want to post it in draft form while you continue working on it. We want to ensure you get all the hits, Tumblr links and so on that AO3 offers on the date of posting and not before.

- Please be sure your work has been beta read and/or SPaG checked before posting. Although the fest is self-posting, please do treat this as you would any other fest. Thank you!

- We are happy for you to promote the link to your fanwork on your personal journals and elsewhere as you wish, but please ensure the link goes back to this community when you promote your piece. Please don't post the body of your work elsewhere until the fest concludes.

- We will be posting a weekly wrap-up every Sunday for your reading and reviewing pleasure. We will also be collecting recs in those posts. As you will know, Tumblr recs now count towards Hot Recs in the Snitch so do keep an eye on the wrap-up posts if you're a regular reccer on Tumblr or otherwise.

- If you have any queries at all, please let us know either here or at our gmail account (link in the sidebar).

If you know now that your fic won't be ready to post on your date, let us know! We don't bite unless you ask us nicely ;-)

Onto other business, have you seen our new look community? We owe a massive debt of gratitude to the ever talented

akatnamedeaster and her GLORIOUS art. We love everything about this piece because who doesn't love giving Harry a bit of a shock? :D We do hope you all enjoy it too.
