I have to say, I'm a little disappointed that I caught your authors note before I started reading...I think I could have figured this out for myself. But I always prefer a real mystery to dramatic irony.
Well done though. It's difficult to keep up that vague air while giving enough clues for the reader and, well, making it... not crap. I enjoyed lucius' commentary. His "look at me I'm good at everything, see? Even subservile humiliation!" attitude cracks me up. It was good, thanks~~ :)
