Kink Fest Poll

Please keep in mind that the intent of this fest is to write kink well. As in, the fic/art is not just PWP, it's a fic or art showcasing the kink, whether that be in short or long fic, sketch or multi-paneled masterpiece. Does that make sense?

Just some thought/suggestions...

For some of those options, I was hoping for an additional option that was 'doesn't matter'.

I think, if this fest is going to be soon, that either as much time is given as possible, (mainly because real life gets busy for everyone plus all the holiday fests that will be posting soon) or the this start at the beginning of the year once everything else starts to calm down.

Of course, you could have posting start on/around Valentine's day. :)

Oops, sorry we didn't answer this earlier - it's been busy around these parts. :D

Thanks so much for your input! If some of the options didn't matter to you, that's fine - we were hoping to know if people felt strongly one way or another. This is a very laid-back fest, so what we'll likely end up doing is allow people to either claim someone else's prompt or come up with their own.

And we considered a Valentine's day posting date (early January to mid-February for writing time would have been ideal) except that nextgenfest is starting at that time, and we didn't want to be stepping on any toes. And ideally, people won't put the same time into these fics that they would other story-driven fics. So hopefully the five or six weeks we have scheduled will be enough!
