For anyone wanting to get their prompts ready, below is the format we'll be looking for:

If you wish for your submission to remain anon, please clearly indicate that in your prompt claiming! We will assign you a date to submit your entry to the mods rather than a date when you need to post.

If you are claiming without an LJ account, please make sure to include your email when claiming.

When claiming your prompt you will be asked to state when you want to post. What the heck do we mean by that? Well, the mods will not be posting your story or art to this comm on your behalf. We are all adults here (or we had better be!) and in this fest you will be assigned a posting date. We will open posting access for you on that date. You will be given 24 hours to post. If you fail to post your fic or art during that time – and you let us know that you do, in fact, have something to post – you will be permitted to post your entry after regular posting is completed.

Options for Requested posting week:
week 1 - (Jan 24-Jan 28)
week 2 - (Jan 29- Feb 4)
week 3 - (Feb 5- Feb 11)
week 4 - (Feb 12- Feb 18)
Feb 18 – Feb 28 will be reserved for back-up posting

In your sign-up, you may also include limitation such as: I can't post Wednesdays! and we will do our best to accommodate you.

You can claim one prompt at a time. So claim a prompt, email us proof that you completed it, then you may claim a second.

I'm trying to figure out if I got my claim or not?? I keep getting stuff in my inbox but its saying I'm not authorized to see the comments so not sure if its my answers or not... can you just send me a message in my inbox so I know for sure. Thanks and sorry to be a pain in the butt!! :D

Probably a stupid question - but, what happens to the uncliamed prompts? can someone write a fic for those and post it? or do they just end up being "lost" ?

unclaimed prompts are left and free for anyone to pick up. We have had people in the past post long after the fest is over and still acknowledge where the prompt came from, but that is just a courtesy.

If you do write a prompt from here and it happens to be done before Feb 29th, just let the mods know and we'd be happy to let you post it as part of the fest.
