claiming postponed until 10am

As lj is currently unstable (at least it is for me), we are delaying prompt claiming until 10am EST/3pm GMT (or later if lj does not start behaving).

I'll put updates of our status on my twitter @MaggiePiez if I am unable to post to LJ at all.
