Each prompt is available for claiming once for fic and once for art. Please note that some prompts are listed in two categories as the possible pairing combinations mean they fall into more than one category. For example a prompt featuring Harry/Draco and Draco/Hermione as possible pairings will be listed under both het and slash which should be clear from the numbering. When you claim one of those prompts, e.g. #S50./#H32. it will be marked as claimed (for fic or art as applicable) in both places.

In order to claim, please complete this google form. You will be asked to provide the following information.

Your LJ/DW/AO3/Tumblr Names
Confirmation you are 18+
The platforms you have a presence on
Your preferred three prompt claims in order of preference OR details of the pairing/kink you’re planning to showcase if you’re signing up to produce fic or art for your own prompt
Your preferred posting week and any ‘cannot do’ dates
An email address you check regularly

During the initial busy period for claiming, the mods will simply be letting you know via email which prompt you have successfully claimed. We will then follow up over the course of the next 48 hours or so with confirmation of your posting date and details for posting when your piece is complete.

If you would like to claim a second (or third or fourth) prompt, please send your completed work to hpkinkfest@gmail.com and submit another sign up form. The fest is not anonymous so you are free to talk to people about your claim and the piece of art or fic you plan to create for the fest.

Details on submitting your works will be emailed to you, together with your posting date.

Requested Posting Week:

In the sign-up you will be asked to specify a week that suits you best for posting.
Because this is a self-posting fest, the mods will not be posting your story or art to this comm on your behalf unless you have emailed the mods and requested that your entry be posted anonymously to the community. On that basis, for the purposes of this fest you will be assigned a posting date. We will open posting access to the community for you on that date.

You will be given 24 hours to post.
