Summary: Somehow, they’d gotten trapped around her—she was too good—and she needed to free them. There was only one way to do that, according to her research, and Luna was enough of Harry’s friend to go for it.
Or, alternately… Draco owns the world and everyone else is just figuring that out (or maybe he just owns Slytherin…)
